Honoring a race of a lifetime

in 2024 Max Verstappen gave the world a masterclass in racing at the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix. His qualifying session the day before the race went poorly putting him 17th on the grid and race day brought downpours of rain — the cards were not stacked in his favor. But in an outstanding race filled with bold moves and intense focus Verstappen ended up taking first place.

So, the following year we released the LEGO Technic RB25, the same car he drove during that race. The 2025 Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix. weekend wasbe the perfect time to show it off for fans and remind them of this race. We recreated the race conditions, track and action in our inhouse film studio. Using only practical techniques (leading to 2 broken, waterlogged treadmills) we created an incredible piece of content shared across social specifically for the fans.

Alongside this video we went to the Red Bull Racing headquarters to take some iconic photos of the LEGO Technic RB25 car in the place where it was designed.
